Welcome! If you struggle with hypoglycemia, try having a meal with raw (unwashed and totally uncooked) oatmeal - about 1/2 cup in a bowl - dry with nothing but a tablespoon of peanut butter and a dash of honey. It is very effective at curbing or else curing hypoglycemia.
