Awesome! I used to have migraines up through about 2008 and they seemed to have cleared. But yeah, lots of people get them when they make any sort of dietary changes or go through chemical changes.

Updated. 195.2 lbs for October. The month is off to a great start, with the exception of a big toe injury on the right foot that is quite annoying.

You're awesome, Linda! Yeah, don't worry about exercise if you can at all help it. You can always add that in as you approach your goal weight--and it won't be as long as you think! Exercise will slow losses. Make sure to keep it mild.

I will add this to the list of OMAD symptoms once I learn of another person with it. Once a coincidental happening has been ruled out, I can start to research why and how the body is doing this. Very odd. Had not heard of that before.
