Hi, and welcome! I would work to do strict OMAD. You'll be surprised how you adapt with just a little discomfort along the way. Gotta learn to reclaim your control. Once you do, it will be like a previously untapped source of knowledge and the feeling that you did something that was before thought to be out of reach.

Just been letting it alone. Feels good and is only moderately sore the these two days afterward. I do really love it and am going to be cautious and see how far in I can get without setting myself back with injury.

Wow. Never heard that. May be a genetic thing, a propensity for infection--I have heard of many women suffering bladder infections. My advice: Don't low-carb. Try a starch-based approach.

Updated. I went for a jog tonight. A nice, easy jog. Cleared the mile in 9 minutes and 38 seconds and I'm only slightly sore in the knee!

Never heard of it, but I am leary of apps. So much gadgetry in the world of weight loss, just like ab machines and desk waist exercisers, standing desks, etc. They may have some use, but I find them to be pretty much distractions.
