You'll get back soon enough.

You are very active, Mr. Lamb.
-
Hi, Probably. You just need to be able to maintain safe blood-sugar lows (so now dangerous hypoglycemia from medications). Most diabetics do very well.
-
Don't buy into the keto stuff about all that fat not affecting blood panels. It very well can, although there are some who do not get bad blood panels from it (a sizable percentage, actually). But in reality, a whole lot of us are just not going to do well on it, nutrition-wise. But going even a percentage of plant-based…

I just found out I like Equal with cafeteria style iced tea! I never liked Equal before!
-
Amazing, Sandy.
-
Your mind is so organized, Tracey!
-
Welcome, folks!
-
That's what happens; fasting changes the brain.
-
Just create patterns that equal sensible habits and let that do the work for you. And learn to not connect happiness with eating.
-
You look great--and very happy! And sometimes it only shows from certain angles.
-
I'm no avocado fan, Brenda. You're fine. lol
-
OMG those plates are adorably appetizing!
-
lol You can have a meal like that for your daily meal, but I certainly don't advise it. Thing is, it will blast a person past a plateau, but that day will be MISERABLE beyond words for you! It's best not to do it.

I'm with New Meadow--I just can't stand true greens, and I loathe all salads (except taco salads). I have to smoothie them down. Gonna do a video on what I've started doing simply because I despise them! Gotta be honest about it! lol
-
Ohh, I LOVE no-bakes!!!!!!!!!!
-
On water fasting days, I would always keep things light to moderate. But then, I would aim for the same pattern of increased activity on non-fasting days as well. Do not be afraid to experiment!
-
Well, don't take the analogy further than I intended. lol
-
You can always do the daily walk, chew ice, go for short sprints, but I have used the buffalo as an analogy because they are smart and run through the storm instead of away from it like other animals. Keep yourself occupied. And you must learn not to associate being happy with being full.
-
There is no easy way. There is no easy way. You've got to be like the buffalo and run headlong into the storm. What you are looking for doesn't exist. Sorry. But you can do it if you decide to.

Yes, folks, you will keep losing for a while as you maintain once you've come from losing, even if you aren't exclusively OMADing. Your body gets used to dropping weight and it will do that for a while, provided a person doesn't immediately resort to old habits. Brenda's body is well-adapted to losing, and she'll keep…

I'm so happy! I've had my best conversations with just a beverage! You are doing the right thing!
-
Very inspiring realizations. And you are just starting your journey!
-
Hi, Hollie.
-
Yep, it's all mental. Forego it if you at all fear destabilization.
-
Wonderful. Add in twice or thrice a week some HIIT and it's close to perfect.
-
Just keep your activity levels up and you won't have to put much effort into watching calories. But continue cautiously over the next four months and you'll not only set a new rhythm, but you'll be stabilized at your new weight.
-
Brenda is just so dang flexible!
-
Thanks for sharing this, Jon. Your journey will be an inspiration to others more than you can know. And I found it funny how I, too, binged on hamburger patties and cheese when I attempted Atkins. lol

Gotta get rid of the cream, dude. It is not fast-friendly at all. My coffee uses three Splendas in a half-hot-water/half-coffee mix (most is too strong for me). But it sounds like you are in the swing and handling things well. Most of it is mental, as you are finding out.
