I think MFP adjusts it for your body weight, so it may be less than posted on a treadmill, which are the more general numbers.

Yes. You are now at the point where you can start experimenting / pushing your body. Play with the calories a bit and gradually become more active in a way that suits your lifestyle. :-)
-
Brenda, I want to use your pics in a video (if you don't mind, of course). And for anyone who hits their goal/wants me to, I'll shout you out on the channel!

Yep, the waters are nice in Onederland! :p

Yes, this... ^

Actually, it was going GREAT. Just decided to drop back since I don't want to get husky and all. I hit 217 very briefly, and I could keep going. But there's always that "not so lean" element to putting on muscle that isn't right for me. I got nothing to prove. I don't like to look like that anyway. I still have the nice…

Hey, Brenda703! I remember you from back aways when you first added me. Welcome back on the OMAD train!

Brenda is "DA BOMB!"

Welcome, Sarah!

It's fine as long as it doesn't threaten to rob you of your sense of control. And a splurge can be one larger meal (that's usually how I do them).
-
Welcome, Tracey! What Brenda said ^
-
Wow!!!
-
Large Bowl of black beans and 2 apples for two days = problem solved!
-
Its actually quite fun, but it has to be done in cycles since some fat gain is inevitable.
-
I have dropped back into strict OMAD for the time being. I will resume the bulk probably in about 2 to 4 months.
-
Put your body in a relaxed state and you will see better losses.

What in the world are you not enthused about? You are going FAB by all standards!!
