Two weeks is the crucial time. if you can go that long without a single binge on strict OMAD, you will turn a corner and it will get easier. By a month, it's in the past.

Choc covered peanuts are ok with a more sensible meal choice at large. As you progress, you will more perfectly map out your routine.

Hi, and welcome! I, too, have had degenerative plantar fasciitis and even had to have my left foot worked on surgically. Lots of conditions like that can make life unlivable. Remember that every pound you drop creates MUCH less shock on your joints and tissues.

So happy for you! The reason this board exists is for self-betterment. And you're only just beginning. The benefits just keep coming!

These come from 1) reduced inflammation as your body begins the rebuild process, and 2) more HGH release in the body and mind -- in the mind to help you go out and "get food", which we manipulate to a better life.

Yes, because OMAD (self-control) and binging can't logistically co-exist! :)

I am touched, very touched! :-) Here's my BIG CONGRATS extended to you! I know exactly how seeing that "1.." on the scale is. And you'll continue to expand yourself and your results!

If you follow the daily OMAD routine I laid out, you will stop binging, my dear.

Anything beyond brisk walking is too much exercise in all cases where someone needs to lose a significant amount. Trampolines are pretty much just fun, but you will NOT increase losses by taxing your body with hard physical exertion.
-
That's a great loss! I always count on the 8 to 10-hour mark after my daily meal to expect hunger high to re-absorb me into ultra-functionality. I love taking tests in the state of flow!

Excellent. I have been on a PB kick lately myself. My OMAD meals everyday this week have had two PB sandwiches! And I'm going to keep going!

Looking good, man.

OMG, I love tacos!!!!!!

Hi, Monique... Welcome!

We now have two meadows in the forums.

There ya go... *thumbs up*

Psst: You need more raw anger to stick to your OMAD. Follow your sign. You will start to gain weight if you get too complacent with your efforts if you just mentally say that you can start again and not to worry. This becomes a spiral downward. Get back on it...unless you are satisfied where you are...but even then, if you…

Welcome, all!!

You can contact me privately if you are still having trouble and I will cut you a deal on a one-on-one service if you need more guidance.

Gotta remember that it will take a while to eliminate higher levels of fasting insulin release. This happens when you adapt to OMAD. Your body will eventually stop and it will get easier if you are consistent.

You will find that the experiences you take for granted are quite valuable to others coming up behind you!

Wow!

I'm ready to say Jim is an authority on this now. Everything he said about the isolation relating to the eating experience over time is true. That's why I broke my 7-day fast. A part of us needs to stay connected to our feeding side, even if we can live off of ourselves for extended periods of time.
-
I would wait on that until you hit the three-month marker.
-
Hi, No, you are just still adapting. Takes a month to iron out the kinks. Welcome!

Updated.
