Hi, Jim. Man, that's just...awesome! Please don't be a stranger!

Nice, Mandy!

Yep! Best ever when the yoke is runny!

Oh I still loooove to do a day's OMAD meal as breakfast!!! I have the best days when I do that!

Hi! Nice! That was my first goal weight!

Updated. Mind you all, I now right in the middle of my bulk-a-thon, which I plan to carry out for the next six months...while maintaining fairly lean body mass, of course. Separate post to follow.

Coincidence. If your foods didn't change on OMAD since you started, you could divide up what you are eating into three squares a day and would see it won't make a difference. If you did change your foods, experiment a little more and you'd see the same result. Or, take supplements to help. Try Vitamin E and flaxseed.…

You do right on sharing! As stated, your story has immense potential. I certainly know how it is to snack and otherwise eat compulsively. It will consume a person no-end. The changes you make now can forever change you, your life, your desires, and on and on. I appreciate your opening up.

Hi, Interesting. I'd just take a little more time and keep track of how much I am eating, if I were you. Favor your protein over your carbs about 60/40. You should still be fine. -Joe

Yes, it does. :-)

I've got to do a video on this because that seems to be the hardest thing--fear of regaining weight. It's unjustified because you have the tools to beat it. You are losing fine. And judging by how you feel overall, if you are getting "too few" calories, then your body would be sending you signals....subtle, then sinister…

Hi, Mandy... Welcome! Start a thread of your own and keep us up to date on your progress (if you want to). Your story has the potential to be "bigger" than mine! -Joe

Welcome!

My question is: Why? Is there a need for the change? As I recall, you have not that much to lose. What has prompted a change? And remind me of your average weekly loss? And my point in emphasizing this is to remind you that, as you progress toward maintenance, it's important to gradually up the calories and branch out a…

Teas and coffees by themselves have no significant calories, so they are fine. Milk, however, will not work.

Just be carb-conscious (candy, milkshakes, and cake), not low-carb. So many find that they lose much better on higher carb. But again, it shouldn't matter that much; the more you think on it, the higher the chances of giving up. I never cared about any of that. And if it's nutrients you are after, then a plant-based eating…

This is fabulous, gang. Just read up on what I'd missed in this thread. Fabulous!

Hello, Dania. Welcome!

There will always be areas of your body that will be the last things affected. For me, it was my face and love handles that responded last. My first areas of improvement were waist circumference and thighs. It will vary from person to person.
