Insulin stimulation rebound. You'll be just fine.

If they are really, really small, I think it could work.

Hey...I, personally, have a thing for redheads! <3 <3 B)

The scale is really only useful as a guide when you are majorly overweight. How you feel and how your clothes fit are much better indicators of progress, indeed.

I'm glad to see you all are eating normally. I'm about to pop out a video on the extremes of this "carnivor-ism" movement and such. Keep at it. Make yourself happy and your body will be more happy, as you consume what you crave, thereby taking in most anything you might be missing by way of nutrients.

It's nice to have rituals like that. Shows you are nailing down balance. I'd say you..."got this"!

You look fab!!!

Yes, same time every day or as close as is possible. Welcome!

This is excellent. Always respect the low-grade ketosis OMAD gives (that "I'm not too hungry" feeling at meals). That is what dictates your success and future appetite control. The more ravenous you are at the meal, the more out of control your insulin. So this is a GREAT sign!

Welcome, newbs!

AWESOME!!

Hi, It will take a while. The less you have to lose, the less your body burns; hence, the less fat you burn off. Don't worry about any complete fasts yet. Stick with basic OMAD and set your goal to be 10 lbs UNDER where you want to be.

Brenda's journey is like a planet's orbit...stable!

Love it! Great!

Anytime you adjust or re-adjust the window and decide you want to keep it that way, keep it that way.

Fill up ONE plate no higher than 3-inches with nothing falling off the sides and that should do you. Be strict on that. A weekly splurge day might be too much depending on how much you have to lose and your metabolism. One splurge every three weeks should be considered if you have a very serious thyroid problem or other…

Hey, do what works; the beauty of OMAD is no required restriction diet...except as said restrictions help you, of course. Whatever is sustainable.

One-plate rule, my friend! People do it because IT WORKS! Also, it takes people varying amounts of time to lose. Not everybody will blast through the pounds like someone who is super-sized. Give it six weeks, and then you can call whether or not it works. If it still doesn (super-rare), you can follow my instructions on a…
