Aw thanks everyone, your comments have put me in a right good mood this morning
-
Thanks guys, appreciate it!

Haha thanks Paula, I thought the pic might've put you off as I didn't hear back from you after I sent it!
-
But being thin =/= being physically fit. I do cardio during the week to increase my physical fitness as well as give me more calories to play with.

Exactly a year apart these two:

Dude if it makes you feel any better I'm 26 and never had a girlfriend. I'm putting myself out there now but it's intimidating as hell.

I've just got clean of a month long binge, read the last few entries on my blog it might help: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/lewispwest

Thank you for reading it :)

Have a read of my blog here on MFP, I was "seriously obese" when I started this time last year, hopefully it's useful to you: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/lewispwest

Up to 335 today, not far off a year since it all began!
-
She's gone guys, obviously wasn't interested in answers that didn't agree with her.
-
Get yourself a fitbit or Jawbone and link it to MFP. Gets you doing so much more walking :)
-
Haha great job! I did the same too (I'm dressed as Arrow):
-
Always trust the lower number, MFP has a habit of overestimating calories burned.

I have actually been on citalopram since about a week before I started my diet in March so perhaps that has helped up until now. I will look into it though.
-
Yeah, I was ready to end it all Christmas 2013. Saw no way out and was tired of being fat and useless. So glad I didn't as I found the strength to fix myself a few months later.
-
I'll see if my insurance will cover it, thanks for the advice.

Yeah, I must've said "I'm determined to stop" about a dozen times during the relapse period, it was only a particularly awful cheesecake I ate at 2am after a night out that stopped it once and for all. But yeah, a stone made a huge difference to how my clothes felt and I've bought all new clothes for my new size so I will…

I'm 12 days "sober" as it were, but the way I was talking to @cmfougere about it earlier she was saying it's like an alcoholic with whiskey. I might never be able to have certain things again as it is a trigger, I have to learn to accept that, as miserable as that may be.
-
Thanks, I'll look into it :)

@adamitri See mine is that I start to feel that I can phase chocolate back in to my diet and then I lose control so easily and start shovelling it in like I used to. Took a good couple of weeks of promising myself I'd stop before I finally did, thanks to a cheesecake I had very late at night that made me feel incredibly…
-
@adamitri So how did the professional help work if you don't mind me asking? Was it just discussing or did they give you proper mental exercises to do?
-
Sodium increases water retention = water weight. Eventually it'll even itself out.
-
Same here, I tried to do the whole "protein shake in the morning to stave off hunger" but never ever worked.
-
Get a fitbit. It'll motivate you to get out and walk/run more.
-
Always found that weird that they put that information on your license in the states! On ours it's just our name, date of birth and address.
-
I had this recently. I've put on a stone in the last month and a couple of family member said "that's good, you were looking gaunt". Really, at 190lbs?!
