Yeah, agree with what people have said already! :smile: Lots of oily fish like Salmon or Tuna :smile:. Onions and Garlic can also be good for your skin health too! And like the lady said above... make sure you drink lots of water to keep your body and skin hydrated and fresh!! Good luck :bigsmile:

Ok got it! Thanks for some of the exercises to by the way :smile: . I do all those exercises that you mentioned to so hopefully it will help over time! I'm getting about 100g of Protein on the day after I workout and on the next day (rest day) about 70g? Is that ok?

I thought that there replace minerals lost in sweat during exercise? But, yes your right. There a lot of money for what they are and now I think water would just be as effective if not more :smile:

Drinking a 100% whey protein shake is just like eating a chicken breast or two right with some Amino acids thrown in :smokin:

Ok water sounds great thanks :smile: . Full body workouts, but I tend to do things like - Squats, Bench Press, Pull Ups, Dumbbell Curls, Lunges, Overhead Presses, Dumbbell rows, Dips ETC.
