I drink Sparks by Advocare before my workouts. It does have some caffine in it...But I dont think more then a cup of coffee. I have been drinking all along since the girls were born.

Hi there, I also had my twins on November 28th. And am looking to drop 20 more pounds. I gained 60 and almost 40 of it dropped off in like 2 weeks after. Now the last 20 hasnt budged since then. I am also breastfeeding so this is very difficult for me to loose anything for some reason.

Hi I did the 17 day diet last year and lost 15 pounds. I think its a great way to teach you whats good to eat and not good to eat. Ive kept the weight off. But after a while I got bored of it and wanted other food. Its a great way to get you going for sure!

Hi there, Mother of 4! Ive also done 30 day shred, Insanity, and currently doing Tapout XT. Also like running. Feel free to add me. It is def. hard to stay in shape and stay motivated. Especially when some of your kids dont eat there food and then I end up cleaning there plates.

I read that its supposed to jump start your metabolism in the morning. Not sure if it really works. But I do it alot of mornings. Started doing that when I was doing the 17 day diet.

Just order the Tapout XT. Ive done the Insanity program a couple times. Im a little nervous as the Insanity is tough. Just wondering if anyone thinks this is the better program then Insanity or is it just as good. THanks looking forward to doing this program. Cant get it soon enough.

Every Monday Im exhausted and I think it has alot to do with the way I eat. I let myself eat whatever I want and then Monday I have a hard time doing anything. No energy what so ever and I crave bad food. I really wish I had better self control on the weekend to eat better cause then I wouldnt be feeling so bad today.

I like 1 cup of frozen mixed berries, 1/2 bananna, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup apple juice. This is my absolute favorite!!

Ok Im here. Just havent posted yet. Last week I did Level1 ,2 and 3 on three different days. Also I run a fair amount besides. And this week so far I ran 7 miles yesterday and also today. And did Level 1 on day 2. Does anyone think its better to stick to the same workout for 10 days in a row. Or is it better to switch it…

Its usually when Im starving when I cave into all the bad foods. Then once I did that then I say screw it and eat everything in sight. I need to carry healthy snacks on me so I dont cave into those bad things. Im mostly worried about the weekend. HopefullY i can be strong this weekend!!:happy:

yes I never reach my calorie goal on this diet. And i eat tons of vegis and meats. I think its normal in the first cycle.

Im doing the 30 day shred in the moring. Level 1,2 or 3 then I also usually run either later in the afternoon or at night. I usually run 5 miles. Usually exercise 5 or 6 days a week. I drink it. But mostly the flavored ones. LIke Blueberry and Strawberry. I usually mix it in my smoothies with spinach, frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries. and 1 tsp of truvia. Very tasty!!:smooched:
