Tonight was day 3 of the 90 day Tapout XT program and it's kicking my *kitten* so far....It was Plyo XT, and I made it through the workout *barely*. I know Insanity and other programs have plyo workouts; does anyone have any suggestions for modifying some of the moves? I want to be able to walk the day after a plyo workout

I am doing tapout 2! I am in my second week. feel free to add me if you want.

The plyo is very challenging. But in an oh-so-good way! If it wasn't that hard it wouldn't be worth it!! Your knees might be tender for a couple days because they are weak and this is challenging them. It is sore like your other muscles. If it's mild it will get better as your knees get stronger and used to the movement, which really doesn't take that long. I don't think you have to modify it. I think you just gotta push through it.

On those lunge/hops I can't get my back knee all the way down like many in the video. The way I mod is simply standing up more. It's easier but not easy.

Just order the Tapout XT. Ive done the Insanity program a couple times. Im a little nervous as the Insanity is tough. Just wondering if anyone thinks this is the better program then Insanity or is it just as good.
THanks looking forward to doing this program. Cant get it soon enough.

I'm finished with the first week, and it's really kicking my butt! I'm sore, but in a good way and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout. It's Competition Core (today's a rest day, and for the first time in a while, I can honestly say that I've earned it). I can't do all the pushups on my toes YET, but I can already feel myself getting stronger.
