So, I should rest? I really don't want to stop doing them every other day, because I am so afraid I will lose the muscle tone I have.

I did week 4, day 1 last night. I got in 21, 25, 21, 21, and before I could get the max set in...Daddy came home and bam! That's when my kiddo gashed his head open, so I didn't get the final set in. My right ab muscle was irritated by the pushups, which is really annoying to me!

I've been a teacher for 8 years now. I won't say I'm overworked, I won't say I'm underpaid, but I will say that I am under appreciated by many. That is what really irks me!

I had the weights out in front, but when I you tubed it, most women were either holding them down my their sides or up on the shoulder. I will try day 2 up on the shoulder. I am not as sore today as I thought I might be :)

I did the exhaustion test and managed 60!!! I'm pretty happy with this. I'll start back at week 4 on Tuesday!

I am kinda shocked at this....I did the fit test yesterday and could easily do 200 squats in a row. It took me about 12 minutes, but it felt really good. I you tubed the correct form and I believe I am doing them correctly. I will probably be starting at week 3 and also throwing in an 8 lb weight :)

Advice from my physical therapist friend is to take 2-3 days off, so I'm gonna do the test Monday. I definitely want to continue, but I really think the days with 9 sets are why my ab is sore. I'll prolly stick to 5sets :)

I finished but not as strong as I would've liked. I got in 22, 22, 30, 30, 25, 25, 18, 18 on max set I had to split it 30 & 25. My right ab muscle is still sore.
