  • I'm so excited I found this group and this thread! I'm 22 weeks along with baby #3. I didn't become a runner until after my second child (born April 2009), so I've been running for about 4 years. These have been the best 4 years of my life! I love racing and running with friends. I ran the Detroit marathon in October 2012…
  • Hi Nikki! I'm Kelly and I'm pregnant with child #3. The first two times I gained 60 and 40 lbs and I am not going to do that to myself this time around. I am about 15 weeks along and have gained 5 or so lbs. My extra weight came from stuffing myself, too!! Feel free to add me!

  • I'd say circuit training is the best option for logging it.
  • I have bitten my nails for the first 30 years of my life and so this Lent I am going to give up biting them. Just before Lent is over and when my nails have grown out, I'm going to treat myself to having a professional manicure. I've only had one manicure in my life and that was the day before my wedding day!!

  • Monday I did week 6, day 1 with no weights. It felt really good, but I didn't want to push it with the back issues. Dr. said I have to get adjusted every day this week :grumble: I'm not so excited about that, but it is feeling much better. Next week I'll only have to go once, thankfully! :glasses:

  • I did not get week 5, day 3 in. The back was way too sore. I finally was able to run on Sunday and boy did that feel good! I'm going to do the squats this week following week 6, but skip the weights, until the back is feeling 100%. There is something about these challenges that I get an injury right around week 5/6, same…

  • I guess I haven't logged it here, but I'm doing week 5, column 3 this week. Tuesday = Week 5, Day 1 49, 54, 40, 32, max 60 (with 2 - 8lb weights) Thursday = Week 5, Day 2 27, 27, 32, 32, 24, 24, 30, Max 63 (no weights on the max, back was throbbing at this point) I might get in day 3, but my back is so sore

  • I only had 5s to use when i did ripped, now I am using 8lb weights for S&S :) I think B uses 8s in jillian's videos and she is pretty badass! Using 10s would be crazy badass!!
