Help!

Several months ago, I read a topic in the forums about "a typical 180lb woman" It was a fictional (but oh so accurate) scenario about how she eats 700-800 calories a day, and cannot lose. It shows her changes to her diet, causing her to gain, because her body was hoarding calories, and how long it realistically takes to retrain your body.
I tried searching for it today, as I have a friend who would greatly benefit from reading it, but cannot find it. If anyone know what I am talking about, wrote it themselves, or bumped it, I would appreciate some help!
