@sd...I just read about your burn from 12-18...that is sweet!! My damn HRM hasn't been working for at least a month, so I have no idea how to log it...ugh!! I'll just go with circuit training, (boring!!!) I replaced the battery in the chest strap, but that didn't seem to help....yes, it's pissing me off!!!

I did level 1 and 2 back to back Friday afternoon. My body has been sore ever since! However, on Thursday the cross country coach critiqued my running form, so since Thursday I've been running differently, too. Let's just say...total muscle confusion!!! But I liked level 1 a lot. I think level 2 could grow on me!!

I did warrior dash 2001 in Mt. Morris! It was amazing! I had such a great time. The hubs, a bunch of friends, and myself are already signed up for 2012...we signed up in early August to get a spot on the 9:30 a.m. Saturday wave! We can't wait!!!
