I am so glad I only have to worry about this every 3 months...thanks to PCOS and having to be on the Pill. I do gain about 2 pounds of water weight during that time..but like AmyRhubarb..I dont lose twice the weight..

I take it anywhere from 2 hrs before bed to right before. I have no issue falling asleep or waking up for that matter. I set my alarm for 4 am to take my thyroid meds...I do get anywhere from 6.5-8 hrs of sleep a night..

Sorry..what I meant its subjective to the person paying..some people are willing to pay a bit more..others arent..I try to do 1 race a month...and I have found 2 virtual runs...both only $20 one has a tshirt..the other a medal..so pretty cool..

My average 5K is between $20-$75 (the highest for a mud run) My 1/2 marathon was $79 and I am signing up for the Ragnar..which is $115...the cost of a race is so subjective..

there is a group on here Stronglifts 5x5 for Women...i think you will find everything you need ...I am doing SL..and love it. Its not overly complicated..and i am seeing some strength gains..I just need to be more consistent..

He obviously isnt a runner...I have friends that can do a 20 minute 5K..and if I tell them I can run 3 minutes straight..they would be giving me major kudos. This guy has no idea how hard it is to run..screw him..

I have had mine for about 10 days. I only have about 10 pounds to lose..and yes..its working. I like how it tells me exactly what my daily burn is..so I ensure that I have a calorie deficit so I can lose.
