I have cycled for a few months but just started doing the TurboFire using the prep schedule and am very excited about it. I used to love my aerobics classes and this seems to be similar.

  • I did the first 3 weeks and was having good results. At 3 weeks I found out that I had separated my shoulder. My goal was to do an unassisted pull-up so I may have pushed it a little. I say go for it but make sure that you listen to your body and don't push too hard.
  • I am finishing up week 1 of induction. I am so grateful to have just seen the jello and ice cream ideas on here. I have always had a bit of a sweet tooth and that has made this a rough week.
