You look great, congrats! Great job!!

looking great..congrats!!!

Thank you for sharing this! I have really noticed this since using MFP to track calories...what I used to think was a healhy choice when going out to eat really is not!! Restraunts are very deceptive and are playing into the culture's desire to be healthy
-
AHAHA Llove this

Along with what everyone else has said..I've used this myself and did not have a gain. That said I didn't see a loss right away either, it took a week or two. Considering all the other factors like sodium levels, etc. I would use it for a few weeks and see if you see some loss then.

This is right near me! I was going to do it but unfortunately it is expensive for a 5k :/
-
ahah love that meme..I just LOLed at work

What has helped me is TON of cardio. You can't "spot reduce" but working out and lossing fat all over will help you loose inches in the long run.
-
so amazing!!! You look great
-
Aww thanks, thats so sweet :) I remember when you weren;t sure if you'd be able to do insanity and thought it might be too hard....Glad you tried and realized how strong you are!
-
Great job! Very proud that you have stuck with the program :) Obviously you weren't big at all in your befores but from my point of view I would say it is harder at times for smaller girls to stay motivated towards a healthier lifestyle...you don't see as big of results, you can slack off and still be considered "small",…

YES! I've used them too..I took a month break and bought my second bottle for the last few lbs. The biggest help is the energy boost, I don't drink coffee or caffene, so talking OEP in the morning helps me to power through my workouts

When Ifinished I transitioned into a Chalean Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid. Loved insanity but it feels good to switch it up and add some weights :)
-
I'm going to put it in one day a week..will that be enough? Also do you guys take a class or use a DVD?
-
I'm in the same boat as you..just finished insanity and loved it but def needed a break from it lol I am currently doign a hybrid of Turbo fire and chalean extreme and it is the perfect mix of cardio and weight training...if your interested message me and iwill send you the schedule I am using.

Surprisingly a good stretch, or feeling stretched will alleviate a lot of my pain. It is mainly lower back, some in my sholders..but I've also been told during massage therapy that I most likely "hold" a lot of my stress and tension in that reigon. I went to my PCP and they suggested muscle relaxors..I'm not against…
-
Thanks, I'll try these
-
Awesome suggestion, I was actually contemplating adding some yoga in too...
-
thanks for the links!

Popcorn is my weakness too! It is a healthy snack, but the point made about increase your protien after walking is a great suggestion. I use make air-popped popcorn 1-2 days a week as a treat..no need to deprive yourself :)

I'm 5'2"ish with a small frame and am at 115 now. I started out a few months ago at 125 aiming for 105...now I'm re-evaluating my goals. I would be content 110-115 range with a smaller body fat % and just focusing on toning up.
-
The workouts are so intense you neeeeed the calories to fuel your body!
-
awesome job!!!
-
amazing pictures!!! Do you get bored doing p90x only?! I only did one round of insanity and already feel like I need to switch it up and try something new lol
-
ugh I was afraid I had to cut my carbs lol... I use whey protien sometimes after workout. Is it too much to drink that daily?
-
Insanity is a Beachbody workout DVD program http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/insanity.do?t=san2c1
