Research supports caffiene as a weight loss tool, from personal experience it has helped me. I don't drink soda or coffee so I have limited caffiene in my diet...but I take a caffiene pill in the morning to give me he engery to push through AM workouts

Honestly, I very rarly do any ab workouts..but still have defined missection. I attribute it mainly to cardio and HIIT. ...and obviously good eating habits.

Thanks to everyone! Kind of funny this thread is active again...I finish Insanity last summer :) But I have since incorperated insanity into my workout hybrid with Chalean Extreme and turbo fire and have made it to my goal weight of 110! Check my profile for more up to date pictures and stats.

Personally I'm not a morning person and I work out first thing in the morning... So breakfest has to be quick and not going to make me sick during my workout. So I grab a quick protien bar like Balance Bar or a builders bar before my workout and have a whey protien smoothie post workout...works perfect for me.

you can always utilize resistence bands, much cheaper but equally as effective

just go for it..if you have compelted insanity you can handle asylum. Shaun offers alternatives to pull-ups (like push-ups) so just do you best and adjust as you need too

I need my sleep! I tend to go to sleep around 10:30 and wake up around 6:30-7:00 and can get my workout in before work :)

I've used it for two bottles of it (taking a break in between) and have loved it. Along with diet and exercise of corse... Personally for me it really helped me wake up and have energy to get my workouts in before work in the morning :)

I used oxielite pro as well, along with diet and excersise 5-6 days a week. Gives me a push for excersising because I do not have caffiene in my diet otherwise (no soda or coffee)

I have not done either program in its entirety but I have done both together in a hybrid program and loved it..so I would vote for both together :)
