Yes, I can go for a few weeks eating really well and feeling great. Then I get an attack of the munchies, go overboard on chocolate and sweets, feel like rubbish and ruin all my hard work. I need to learn to recognise the triggers and avoid them :(

May sound a bit strange but I sometimes use romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread or a wrap. They're a good shape and size for filling and wrapping and are much lower in carbs and calories.

5 miles today. 3.2 miles cycling to and from work, 1.8 miles in the gym (treadmill). 53.6 so far!

Good day today, completed 18.6 miles. 3.2 miles cycling to and from work, 2.4 miles C25K and 13 mile bike ride with my husband and daughter. Total miles now 48.6.
