Thank you for replying! I seem to be having a hard time getting my fat higher than my protein. It seems impossible to eat within the ranges and to have the fats so high when I really only use them for cooking. To get fats higher I have to eat either a carb or protein with it. I'm in!!! Is anyone trying keto? Would love some support with that. Just started it and not feelin it! I'm a little skeptical and worried that a) it won't work or b) that it will be unsustainable if I ever get there. If you're not keto, what are you doing?

Count me in. At least 80 to lose. And just damaged my knee and ankle so can't even work out. ;( Any advice on how to lose with minimal ability to do cardio? Also, would like to start a thread on the latter but don't know how!

Wow!!! That's awesome! How did you do it? I've been following my caloric guidelines (which are pretty low at 1200 per day) and I'm not losing at a rate that I am happy with.....and I exercise 4 times a week. Am I doing something wrong? Congrats!

how slow is "slow" in your opinions? I've been following MFP since early March and have only lost 15 lbs. Is that considered slow? I thought I'd be able to lose 10 lbs per month....

You're right Nony_Mouse. It was just a bit frustrating. MFP really works. Today I learned that a mere 4 slices of bacon is 400 calories!!!!!! I nibbled on it & killed my day! lesson learned! than you!
