Well done! Me too - giving it up for lent? We have a treat cupboard at home that is stacked with penguin bars, rocky bars etc. I've given up all forms of chocolate bar for lent. Day one is a success! Keep it up! x

Wow- you look so great!! I'm pretty similar weight and height to your start (5ft2 and 147lbs) I was 136lbs but broke my ankle in June but unlike you, my weight increased!! You're my newest fave success story! Will add you as a friend- hope that's ok!

Ok. Last question (honestly!) What do you think my daily calories should be? I'm doing insanity and want to lose weight. I know it shouldnt be anywhere near to 1200 but 1800 feels like it may be too high. Or, maybe i'm just worrying and i shouldnt! x

Oh thank you! My bf is 39%...hopefully for not much longer! Is there a good % amount for fats and carbs that you could suggest or is that fairly varied? Thank you for your advice - much appreciated x

Thank you for all your help! How do you all eat your cottage cheese? I'll do a bit of googling. I've never even tried it! The macrofit people have an instagram and you can email them for the breakdowns.

Not great numbers wise, i've done about 3lbs. However, those 3lbs have taken me to the lightest i've been in about 3-4 years so i'm pretty happy! I'm thinking we should open up the challenge on the msg boards again to get a load of new people on board for a 5th round? what you think?

Woo! Thanks for sorting the spreadsheet, i didn't get round to doing it last week. Did much better in round 3 than round 1 and 2 so i'm quite pleased! x

Hey, Dont let it stop you! I had a brilliant weekend - wedding etc, although it was awful for eating and put me a few steps back for a few days. I lost 1 lb. Just got back from mega wedding though, 2 full days of eating delicious food and drinking lots :-S Going to have to try and work it all off and earn a loss next weekend!
