Sticking to calories - does it matter what you eat?!
I'm probably opening myself up for some abuse here, but... If you're sticking to your calorie limit for the day (20% below TDEE) what will the difference be if one week, you eat clean, veggie, healthy etc and then the next week you eat 'regular' food, eat what you enjoy etc but all within your cal limit.
