Hi!
I'm Helen - I have been lazily doing weight watchers for a couple of months (did it successfully 3 years ago, managed to lose 15lbs, but it crept back on again) but discovered MFP last week and its amazing!
I have been starting my new diet 'tomorrow' for about 2 months now so i have signed up here and finally taken the plunge. Today is the first proper day, i thought i did very well avoiding biscuits at work and whilst shopping, but turns out I ate some massively calorific food disguised as a 'healthy yogurt snack'! Better luck tomorrow.
I really like MFP because of the community feel it has, i've added a few people i've found on the message boards already, but if there is anyone similar to me (5ft 2, about 30lbs to lose) or not similar but just wants some more friends, please add me - I think seeing what other people are doing is great motivation!
