  • Sorry....posted blog in wrong tab area!
  • Feel free to add me!I This is a GREAT site!
  • I also get adjusted from my chiropractor, and that works for about a week, and use heat and cold sometimes. I was using a TENS machine, but it started increasing the pain so I stopped. I am going to avoid surgery if possible. My issues are with my C 6 and C7 disc.
  • I too, have this issue! I was in so much pain and the only thing I could take for the pain in my arm, hand, and neck was Tramadol for 2 weeks. My Neuro surgeon did steroid injections which helped for a little while. My next step in January is nerve testing and another MRI. I have to find a new Neuro surgeon since mine…
  • No I didn't! Great advice though! I like the idea of the weighted vest. I wear a camel pack filled with water and ice so that plus the vest would be good! Thanks again!
  • I too, agree with everyone! Drink LOTS of water. Drink a glass of lemon water 30 minutes before you eat. It helps curb your appetite and helps to boost metabolism. Also, mix up your exercise, and don't worry so much about what the scale says. You could be retaining water, or even building muscle so this can lead to weight…
  • Keep in mind that your weight fluctuates throughout the day so make sure you weigh yourself at the same time everyday! I agree that water retention could be the issue too. Also, eat five small meals a day to keep your metabolism up. Best of luck, and don't get discouraged!
  • Hey! I have found some great weight watcher recipes on Pinterest. My family loves the recipes too!
  • Thanks everyone! I appreciate the support and advice! Also, has anyone tried Zumba? My daughter really wants to try it too. I have cervical disc issues in my neck so do you think it would be okay?
