For the people asking, it's the heart rate while you are resting (as in sleeping...but you measure it right when you open your eyes to wake up without moving around and getting your heart going) it should be pretty low because you aren't doing activity or moving around, and it does get lower with cardiovascular endurance…

when getting protein you want to get isolated protein and not whey from concentrate because that's just cheap protein, I use Gold Standard 100% Whey (I bought it at GNC) and it has 24g per serving!! Its a great protein and I really enjoy it!

I have a long list! asparagus, squash/zucchini, mushrooms, onions, green/red/yellow peppers, mangos, mustard, cabbage, grapefruit, eggplant, and ginger

OHHHH and after you workout, your post-workout nutrition is crucial!! If you do a lot of weights and muscle toning have some protein! If you only do cardio go for carbs to replenish! and if its a mix of both cardio and muscle toning go for both carbs and protein!

what ever advise you take from these response also take this advice: STRETCH! Before you workout and after. After your workout make sure you stretch in positions longer than 10 seconds! And before you are basically just wanting to loosen your muscles and warm up so do shorter lengths of stretches (try and avoid sitting…

there is 99.9% chance that that's what is happening!! That's one of the reasons the scale is so inaccurate at measuring your progress because you can lose inches but the scale will stay the same! I simply just don't buy it. If I know that I will eat it like crazy then I just don't buy it, and I don't crave it if I know I don't have it.

Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for your body, not only to do physical activity but also for your internal organs to function properly. You want to make sure your carbohydrates are 55% of your intake. If you have say too much fat it will be stored as fat on your body. Too much protein will build up toxins which…

I add every thing! What is the point in lying to a journal when you did in fact eat something...I mean it's not like you look at your food diary and say "oh hey I did good today, ooh and look at this I didn't write down those 2 cookies so it actually doesn't even count as if I even ate it at all" I mean you only cheat…

like if you are hard core exercising every single day with no rest days. Your body will be more prone to injury and it will also drain you of your energy and the way you feel on the inside (mental and physical) and working out 7 days a week like could actually cut into your progress.

I LOVE the Buddha feast and coconut curry tofu, I generally pick off of the vegetarian side even though I'm not a vegetarian! and the double pan fried noodles (chicken) are great too, lots of veggies plus protein!
