Well, here is a thing, kind of TMI but.....my pee smells.....meaty? Like roasted meat? Consequently, I'm really turned off by meat at this point. So, I think I'm getting there. 🤢

I'm at the *other* end of the Adirondacks, in the foothills, about half an hour from Old Forge. :D I know your area well, though. My former inlaws were in the capital region so Lake George was always a good meet up spot for us!

My SIL has been combining IF with Keto for about a month now and she said he avg monthly weight loss has improved. I did IF 16/8 for a while and I'm thinking of combining them now, again, but I want to get my brain more firmly established in this eating style before I add other things in like IF or calories, etc

I was just coming here to ask about Mission Carb Balance tortillas. I had one this morning, and when I went to enter it, I was stunned by the 30 carbs. I know, I know, 25 is fiber, but that number is still scary. I'm going to check ketones today and go from there. Might just do half going forward, at least until I lose…

Yep. In the same boat, except I'm a lot older (40SOMETHING) :wink: so I just kind of take it as par for the course. I marvel at women who can't wait to take their bra off when they get home. Those days are long gone here, that sucker is my BFF.

I think once I get adjusted, that will be the case....or it has been in the past. Unfortunately, I usually quit right at the point where my appetite is starting to go away, because that is when the keto flu hits me. If I can just get past that point, I'll be set.

I'm curious to see what people have to say about this. My cholesterol is terrible (genetics) and that's one thing that has held me back from going full on keto over the years.

I will definitely give that a try. I wasn't comfortable with taking in all that OTC stuff anyway, particularly the colors, etc, concern me. I bought a keto supplement on Amazon, too.

Yesss! The red number bothers me MUCH more than it should. I used the script provided in this group to get rid of the calorie count number. I work at home on the same PC all day, so I just run it in the morning then leave it open all day. Thanks for the info!

Greasemonkey did not automatically grab it for me, if that happens to anyone else, you can copy and paste the script and add it to Greasemonkey as a new script.
