I'm 5'4 also. Started MFP the beginning of April. I have lost 38 lb so far on MFP, but had lost around 10 lbs before I started MFP. I love using this site. It is so easy and once you get going it gets even easier. I walk 1 hour 6 days a week. Best of luck to you!

I have used her videos and love them. I would try searching the cardio section of exercises and see what fits best. I am currently walking 1 hour a day and that is working great for me. Good luck!
