  • Thanks guys for the reply! I live in Georgia, but I spend four months out of the year in Pennsylvania (May-September), but I am really willing to travel to some fun places around the country. Possibly places like Boston, NY, South Carolina (I have family in these areas) would be the best probably. :) Thanks again!
  • Basically we all are doing a Beachbody challenge pack (workout DVD & shakeology), and whatever other exercise we like to do, and we're all checking in daily to a Facebook group for encouragement and accountability. I've done them before and they are awesome!

  • Heyy! Me and some of my friends have a group on Facebook where we all post each day what we did for exercise and what we ate as a way to stay accountable and support each other. We bounce recipe ideas off each other, ask questions, etc. It's really great, non-judgmental & really encouraging! We'd love to have you!

  • I would definitely start measuring yourself more and weighing yourself less! It will be a better indicator of where your body is at with getting toned!   • I have a 7 almost 8 week old so I get up with her at 6:30 am. Do my home workout either Turbofire or 30 Day Shred which usually takes 30-45 minutes. I usually eat half a banana beforehand and then finish it after with a big glass of water. It definitely helps me have more energy and not feel blah during my workout!
