I watched a TedTalk on this same thing. The scientist in the talk said it can take many years to "reset" your body, but that I can be done. I don't believe that it is permanent. I bet a lot of it has to do with the fact that people who had issues with their weight, have a harder time with portion control etc and are more…

I'm having a similar experience. My net is 1300. I strictly log my food and underestimate my exercise calories and I'm not losing weight. It's really frustrating, because I'm hungry all the time! I'm going to try not eating back any exercise calories and seeing if that works

I agree. I don't think ideal bmi ranges are accurate for tall women, I'm 5'10" with a medium frame. The skinniest I've ever been was 152 size 4, but honestly I looked gross (and people told me i looked too thin) and obsessed over every little thing that went into my mouth. It wasn't a weight that I could maintain for long.…

I had a feeling that the exercise calorie estimator over exaggerated calories burned. I eat healthy (no processed foods, fish, chicken, fruit and lots of veggies). If 1200 calories isn't enough, why am I not losing weight?
