  • Thanks all! My doctor gave me a handout saying 2,500 cal was the average. I haven't been dieting just watching what I eat as I usually do. My maintenance is 1,690. I just can't see this little person needing over 700 calories a day. I definitely want a happy healthy baby but without all of the weight left over.

  • I take the bodypump class which is more weights than cardio. I was wondering if I put an additional 30 minutes of cardio onto the hour of weight training should it be done on the front or back end for maximum results

  • My 11 year old jogs with me all the time. Also her biking or skating is a great idea while you're running. I also joined my local YMCA and they have plenty of kid friendly classes. I dont see any problems with her joints as long as you listen to her and bring her water. Kids should be active!

  • It's not about what your goal weight is but how much you told the system you want to lose a week. You can always change your settings to lose less weight per week but only eating 1,380 calories a day is a lot easier than you think.
