So I recently found out I was pregnant after losing 40 lbs. Does anyone know how many calories my goal should increase by for maintenance? I had already made it to my goal and I prefer not to have to work twice as hard once the baby gets here so I'd like to keep some sort of balance to my diet.

Which excersise machines are best for toning and shping the
When I lost weight I loss all of my assets. :noway: I'm trying to tone and shape to get some of it back. Can anyone give me some pointers on building my butt back. Which excersise machines in the gym work that area? I love my new shape just wish I had a little more in the rear. :blushing:

What are your favorite fitness classes? and Which classes burn and tone the most while still having fun? I need something I can stick with. The elliptical and treadmill are getting old to me.

Cardio Vs. Weight Training
I was told to much cardio can break down the muscle you build from weight training if you do to much. How much is to much cardio? I'd like to continue to build muscle but really enjoy my zumba, tae bo, and walking. Please help!!!!

I've been told the settings for protein on myfitnesspal are a little low. Now that I'm in maintenance mode and still doing weight training I'd like to know how much protein vs carbs should I be getting in order to build muscle/lean muscle mass? Please help!!!! :huh:

Cardio Vs Strength
Good Morning and Happy Friday!!! How long before or after a weight lifting class i.e. Bodypump should you wait to take a cardio class i.e. Zumba? I don't want to hinder building muscle or hurt myself. Should weight training and Cardio be on seperate days?

Body Pump
So I recently started taking a BodyPump class at my gym. I've been told it's a cardio as well as strength training class. Does anyone know approximately how many calories the class burns and /or what I should put this under in MFP? I wanna keep track and make sure I'm eating enough on the days I work out.

Cheat Days
Do you guys have a day of the week you specify as a cheat day? I haven't but was told by a few people I should incorporate a cheat day.
