  • Do not put duct tape on bare skin. You will rip the skin off of your blisters. By blister protectors by Band-Aid. Nice and cushiony and won't damage you
  • I wish that when you confirm the nutrition on a product it would store in a foods section or something. So even when you don't eat something everyday you have an easy way to quickly add it knowing it is correct
  • I say dont force it. If you get enough protein, fiber, and nutrients from what you are eating without feeling deprived, then stick with what you are doing and just know that if you have a little bit of a slip, you will be fine
  • No packaged food. Meat, berries, fruit, nuts, some veggies. Whatever you picture a caveman eating. I mean they didn't have farms or flour mills, so you get the drift.
