I think you will be ok by describing your work. Just pay close attention to your body and maybe don't push yourself to much until you are really familiar with what is coming next. I am only an LMT but my understanding is these strength excercises will help you in the long run.

I'm good all day until night hits. I don't get out of work until after 10:30 many nights and I get the night munchies. I snack on sugar snap peas or cucumbers and other chopped up veggies. But if I even see peanut butter or sugary cereal, forget it!!! I go to town

I clip mine in the inside of my bra between bubbies. It still tracks steps better than any other pedometer I have had. The only problem I have had is it will add up your activity cals to your daily allottment so I accidently eat more

Work out your shoulders and low back when you do ab work. And lots of twisting motion for your trunk. Then when you loss the extra fat, your muscles will be healthy and pop.
