It's not like her other DVDs where there are multiple workouts at varying levels. It is also a longer workout than say 30DS. I do NMTZ once per week to get in some good weight training. I using varying weights depending on the exercise, ranging from 3 lbs to 15 lbs. It's about 45 minutes in length, but broken into…

I log nearly every DVD as Circuit Training, general. It's the most descriptive I've found.

You need to be in shape for P90X or you just won't get much out of it. I'd suggest, like some of the others, doing the 30 days of 30DS and see where you are.

The overarching category of body weight or dumbell weight trianing is "Strength Training." Either one counts. Things like lunges, push-ups, ab work, squats, trivcep dips, etc. are all weigth training and you need to give your body a rest day. Some schools of thought say that if you aren't working to the point of…

I'm a sugar addict too! Throughout the day I eat fruits. Right now I'm all about bananas. Then, after supper if I have 225 calories left, I melt 2.5 Tbs Nestle Toll House milk chocolate chips and add 1 C sliced strwberries. Simply heaven! If I need something after lunch, the new Jell-O Temptations dessert cups are awesome!

My arms were always lopsided, even after I finished. I know it probably isn't what you wanted to hear. The difference in measurement was never noticable to the naked eye, but frustrating nontheless. One suggestion is to do a few extra reps (or slightly more weight) on the smaller arm tot ry to "catch it up" to your…

I just don't do it. I modify a few of the stretches actually. Better than getting hurt! Not to mention, in the second half of the workouts (the MAX versions) you don't hold your arms out, but instead rest oneon yourknee and one on the floor.
