so phase 1 p90x done....my husband has great muscle gain....on one leg 1.3 inch gain, ok on the other .75 inch gain....I have also lopsided arm measurements

Anyone else experience this, and what can we do to build more evenly? or is this part of the ugly funny stuff that happens before everything smooths out. I know my thighs looked way worse before they got better in terms of lumpy.

So yeah tips on even muscle development while doing P90x anyone?

Concentrate on your form, maybe you are compensating somehow on your weaker/stronger side or something. Youll love the change with phase 2! Good luck.

My arms were always lopsided, even after I finished. I know it probably isn't what you wanted to hear. The difference in measurement was never noticable to the naked eye, but frustrating nontheless. One suggestion is to do a few extra reps (or slightly more weight) on the smaller arm tot ry to "catch it up" to your stronger one. I found that I would over-compensate on one arm while doing push ups or pull ups, which probably contributed to the disparity.

I haven't done the P90x but my arms are definitely lopsided I think only I can notice it and am not too worried about it.

Well everyone has a hand they do the majority of things with i.e. write/use mouse and everyone also has a lead leg they use more without knowing it...so I think this is a standard issue with everyone. Like others have said focus a little more on your off-hand/weaker leg.
