for me it's inability to actually lose weight since I started, seeing 'big' girls who are beautiful and confident and thinking 'screw this, I'm gonna be fat and happy'. I switch from thinking this to 'I'm repulsive. must. lose. weight.' it's very frustrating haha

I'm 5"2, currently 165lbs and my goal is 123lbs. It puts me right in the middle of a healthy BMI but in terms of appearance, if I'm unhappy I'll lose a bit more or concentrate on toning but obviously I have to wait until then:)

I'm using the wii fit and walking to burn calories, the gym and I have fallen out.. I combine the workouts and do about 42 minutes, it varies from 160-200 calories burnt.
