SUSHI or sure. I don't eat it often cuz it is expensive and not too many places by my house. The deep fried rolls are delish!!! If I had to choose a food to eat for the rest of my life it would probably be sushi. Mmmmmm!!!!

I'm 5' 10" and am currently at 233. I think I would be happy at 190. Maybe I'm just bigger boned. IDK. 150 seems too small for me. Just me though.

I fast about once a month... going w/o food. Usually skipping 2 meals and then having a dinner at night. I feel that its ok.

I'm waiting to get mine in the mail!!!! Looking forward to a new routine and new exercises. I did the first DVD of Chalean Extreme (borrowed it from sis in law) but she needed it back, so now I have nothing. Plus my apt gym is "closed" and am unable to use it. So I am really looking forward to getting my TF!!!

So mad at myself I didn't buy the Polar HRM when I got mine. I bought a cheaper one and well.... yep.... I got what I paid for. Bad thing is I threw the box away so I can't return it, although I did buy a warranty on it to have it replaced if something should happen to it. hmm.......

I am always looking for a good supportive sports bra. I am a DD and am gonna be starting Turbo Fire once I'm done w/ Chalean Extreme. Maybe I will be smaller by then. One can only hope.

I just bought one and I don't like it. Should have stuck with the Polars... heard good things about them. Pisses me off cuz i can't return the old one cuz I threw the box away. Although I did buy a 1 year warranty for it... so maybe I can say it's broken and get a refund. hopefully

I just bought a HRM yesterday and I cannot figure ot how to work it. I'm not a big fan of it, but I can't take it back either. I accidently threw the box away. Grrrr!!!!! I heard good things about the Polars... and I should have gone with it.

I'd have to go with hummus. I will grab a whole wheat flat bread, spread some hummus on it, some turkey, spinach, tomato, avacado and have myself a wrap. So Good!!!

I seem to burn more calories on the treadmill... but i set the incline to 12% and that helps a lot.

do the stairs at work. What I mean by that is start at the bottom and go up and down the first step 10 tmes, then go and down to the 2nd step 10 times, then go up and down to the 3rd step 10 times and so forth til your down with the stair case. thats of course if you have some dead time at work.
