a heart rate monitor and it doesn't have calories burned:(. Stupidly I didn't read the box and now I can't take it back!!! Is there any formula that I can use re heart rate? Call me stupid but I have no clue(obviously). It wasn't expensive but still... My other old monitor that I bought, I can't find the instructions for even on line. Lol I have an atech and a target fitness one .

Aww, that's a total bummer! What kind of heart rate monitor is it and how much did you pay for it?

I just bought a HRM yesterday and I cannot figure ot how to work it. I'm not a big fan of it, but I can't take it back either. I accidently threw the box away. Grrrr!!!!! I heard good things about the Polars... and I should have gone with it.
