Thanks for using my code. I get to save money on future orders. I had the Summer berry flap jack today. It was AWESOME! A little higher than my normal calorie snack, but I split it in half for a morning and afternoon snack with fruit. YUM!

I haven't gotten blisters on my toes from running, but plenty on the rest of my feet. I swear by Wright socks. You can find them at a running store or online. Thanks for the great comments. I had a Big Ginger (2 gingers whiskey) with a bit of ginger ale and a lemon and lime. It was great because it took a long time to drink. Thanks! I will keep these other options in my back pocket!

That is correct. I am interested in research on oils such as grapefruit oil, peppermint and other essential oils. I absolutely know I need a calorie deficit, but didn't know if there were other qualities these oils help with such as natural appetite suppressant, etc... I appreciate the responses so far. Thanks!
