Soy Yogurt Edamame ready-to-eat Tuna cups (I love those - they're 80 cals, 1g fat, and 18g protein). Reduced fat cheese is really good, too. Nuts are good in moderation - I buy the 100cal packs and eat half a pack in the morning and half in the afternoon. Quinoa is really good! Turkey Jerkey. Good luck!

I completely agree! Even when I'm at 1400 cals a day, I try to budget for either a MGD 64 or 4oz of wine every day. But never more than 1 - after number 2, I start mindlessy eating...

My brother-in-law does this with pitas, and he even assembles 6 or 8 at a time, then freezes them! It's a great idea, he can pull one straight from the freezer to the oven and have pizza in less time than delivery takes. Hmm, I should get him to make me some.

They're more accurate when they let you input your weight and age. Also, the more you weigh, the more calories you will burn on any given machine, because it takes more energy to move more weight. So that might be part of the reason you're noticing that other people are burning more. Your pace also makes a big difference.…

I agree with the Previous Poster, be sure you always get at least 1200 cals a day. You can also check your nutritional report via MFP to see how much protein you get each day. My experience is that the processed stuff, like Lunas and Special K, doesn't satisfy my the way real food does. For my protein snacks, I steam a few…
