Not here - A loss always inspires me to eat better, not worse. I want to keep the ball rolling :-)

I assume it would depend on how rough and tumble you get. If you're panting and sweating and exhausted after (just like a workout) I would assume that you'd have burnt some.
-
it's def def worth it if you stick it out :-) just think how amazing you'll feel when it's 14 lbs instead of 4 :-)

I don't see a HUUUUGE change, but don't worry! It will come :-) I didn't notice a change until after I'd lost about 10 lbs. Keep taking the pics! It'll totally help.

The only "diet" tool I've been using is MFP. For exercise I do P90 (no X!) But I don't follow any diet plan.

Good for you indeed! Congrats on all your hard work!

I work 8-4:30. When I get home we make dinner and go for a bike ride, and then put my daughter to bed. Once she's in bed I work out for about 45 mins. Then we clean up a little, or watch TV, and then I am in bed by 10pm (up by 6am - I need my rest!). I do that 4 days during the week. Saturday and Sunday I work out during…

1 - yes, within about 100 cals or so. The odd time I won't but only if I'm really really not hungry. 2 - yes :-) it tends to come off in flushes though. LIke, 5 lbs really quickly, and then a week or two (or three) of nothing.

This... that poor kid. :( As far as I'm concerned that's like a meth-addict who gets their kids to get their drugs ready for them. Or an alcoholic who sends their kids to the liquor store.

this is too too too cute :-D congrats on getting there!! Keep it up!
-
Holy crap - you look amazing (not that you weren't gorgeous before). Awesome job!
-
AWesome job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can only hope I'm that successful
-
There's a huuuuuuge difference!! I always love your comparison pics. You seem like such a cool person and you always look so happy with your figure and fitness :)
-
I hope it's on Canadian Netflix! I'd love to watch that
-
do your measurements - don't rely on the scale. Especially if you're doing weight-training.
-
Yep - sounds like it. When it hits I feel like I'm being literally wrung out
-
I used to be bothered by this when I was younger, but just remember that it's all relative! Someone who is used to being 100lbs would feel the same at 120 ("gross" and uncomfortable) as someone who is used to being 150 and goes up to 170. I don't use anyone else's frame of reference as a judgement on myself. They're not…

agree! I myself am going today :-)

I have noticed I 'retain water' around that time... but I'll need a couple more months before I really notice a trend
-
Mine just started - it was up 2lbs. Today I'm down a lb. I usually finish my cycle at the same weight or a lb below where I started

1/3 cup all bran buds with a touch of milk in the morning with breakfast. Has helped me TONS

Woo!!! Go team 6! Although everyone has one so awesome! Unfortunately now I'm dealing with some *feminine issues* (TMI!!) So I don't know how awesome my results will be next week
-
No! I have also had issues. I am not even @ my goal weight but I'm the lowest I've been in yrs and it's uncomfortable to sit on so I felt back there and there's a huge bump on the bone itself! I remember hurting it really bad as a kid and wonder if it's somehow related but I'll be headed to the doc anyway. You don't have a…

Yep. Sometimes those are my most successful workouts. Right now I'm doing P90 so I've committed to working out 6 days a week and I just don't give myself an option to take a night off. If I have to due to unforseen circumstances I just switch my rest day.
-
nice! Thanks for that. good info
-
Yeah, I'm definitely seeing the pattern too. It's always so drastic and makes me worry I'm losing weight too fast and then it stalls again. So weird
-
Thanks! Me too! :-D
-
I totally need to just dive in or I chicken out. I still think I'll bridge it with P90 Masters Series though :-) I think it's the things like chin ups that scare me :-D

huge difference! WTG! keep up the awesome work!
