Thanks so much :-) This is just P90 though - no "X". I was def not fit enough to even attempt P90X. I started with P90 - the beginners type version. I'll do P90 Masters Series next... and then MAAAAYBE try P90X. I am waaay to intimidated at the moment though. No way am I ready :-D

Enjoy! I absolutely <3 it. I am nervous but totally excited for P90 Masters Series :-D

Thanks guys!! You've boosted my confidence. It's true - I'm def my own harshest critic :-)

I'm doing P90. I can't get to a gym anymore (toddler) and LOVE it. I'm way fitter than I ever got with machines @ the gym. It motivates me like crazy to try and keep up with those guys. It is NOT P90X - it's more of a beginner version. I HIGHLY recommend. I've lost 15 lbs and have gone from a sz 14 pant to a sz 10 in 60…

when i used to go to the gym and saw someone REALLY big going at it - even if they were just leisurely walking on the treadmill - I ALWAYS thought "good for them". At least they're trying. People who think otherwise are morons.
-
I watched a TV spot on it. It looks like solid advice - it's basically just portion control & healthy foods.

During the week the only time I have is after my daughter is in bed. I usually start between 8:30 and 9pm. ON the weekends I do it during her nap - so about 1pm.
-
HOLY CRAP - you look like different people!! Well DONE
-
this is why when I give "advice" i always make sure to put: I AM NOT AN EXPERT OF ANY KIND in there somewhere :-) lol
-
wow - that's incredible!

I had to go through this whole thread to find something that I didn't like (couldn't think of anything on my own). Mushrooms for sure. Hate the texture. Everything else though pretty much is a go. Even brussels sprouts. I really really REALLY love them caramelized with lemon juice
-
Nice!! I'm 5'4" too and my goal is 145. You've inspired me!
-
NIce! I bet that's an interesting study!
-
Yep - thanks! I'm not stressing about the periodic leveling off. It's annoying at the time but I feel great and I am starting to see the definition in my body (arms especially) so I'm OK with it. I'd rather be strong than skinny.
-
this is awesome! Thanks!
-
Interesting - I thought about this too. I wonder if during periods of anxiety (which I get from time to time) my body holds on to water and fat a little more. Thanks for the info!
-
Nope! I weigh every day after bathroom (TMI) and without clothes (TMI TMI). I only record once a week. The fluctuations don't bother me. I like to see how much sodium affects me etc.

**editing my post** I feel bad for putting in my two cents where it wasn't requested. To each their own :-) You do what you've gotta do. Good luck!
-
I think it's great that you took a break. You seem very level-headed and in-touch with your body's needs. Keep it up!

You're so right. We do eat pretty early - between 530 and 630 - but I would ideally like to have a heavier breakfast & lunch and a lighter dinner. Unfortunately it doesn't always work out like that. Thanks for your input!
-
Aah gotcha! Yes granola bars for sure. I've tried to cut down on them recently. I really should just eat a handful of nuts. And yes, the pancake mix is from a box. Hubby is the pancake maker - I should twist his arm and force him to make homemade. LOL. All the lunch and dinner meals are homemade though, pretty much across…
-
BEER. I've cut back heavily but there's no way I would ever give it up entirely
-
You look spectacular. Keep up the awesome work.
-
As long as your body says :-) I lost a lot of weight the first month and it's kind of been dripping off since then. Just try your best.
-
I would love for this to no longer be an issue for me. I always wear out pants in the crotch first. Drives me insane and it's so embarrassing. I've basically lost inches from everywhere but my thighs though. I don't forsee this going away any time soon. I'm pear-shaped though.

I just looked up the episode that aired on HCG and his final thoughts were not to buy the drops online or at a pharmacy, but it was worth trying if you went through a doctor. o.O Not that I was a fan of his but I would never ever take anything he says seriously after that.
-
Please feel free to friend me! I have an (almost) 18 month old. I love that I have more energy to run around with her and go on bike rides. She's a high energy gal :-) It also helps to teach her healthy portions when I'm eating them myself :-) I'm 5'4" and hoping to get down to 145 - I'll re-evaluate my goal from there.
-
good call! eating is better than not :-)
-
If it makes you feel any better, when I woke up yesterday I'd gained 3 lbs. When I woke up today I'd lost 5. I know it sucks but just try and focus on the exercise and the healthy eating.

can't wait to see everyone's weigh-in results!
