Hey! If this was directed @ me I'm not doing p90x - just p90. I'm still too unfit for X :) lol I'm on week.... 9 I think.

I'm excited!! I'm on board for today's challenge although it could have fallen on an easier day! Lol! We're having a bbq party tonight I have to admit I didn't get to yesterday's challenege. I did my normal ab ripper 200 but my daughter had trouble sleeping and by the time I finished p90 it was bedtime! Excuses excuses ;)

Love it. supercute and delicious!

I'm still debating whether I should be doing the 50 crunches & 50 reverse on TOP of the 200 I have to do in P90 ab ripper tonight... or just do the 50 extra reverse and 30 extra crunches... I don't know if I can handle 300 :-)

I have a question... I know your plan is broad and I'm sure you don't want to answer questions from every tom **** and harry, but I was wondering... I'm in stage three (I think). I'm about 10lbs away from a "healthy" weight (according to my BMI). I'm still doing P90 - I'm in the higher intensity cardio/weights now. I was…

I've been kind of stuck myself. I lost a lot really quickly and then it kind of leveled off. I'm going to be overhauling the diet a little bit. More veg and less carb.
-
Nice!! I'll check it out

go ahead. I'm 160 and 5'4" I think my diary is public.

don't go to reddit. it gave my computer like, a really bad virus. ;)
-
dude! you look amazing. Well done

Huh! I wonder if this is part of my problem. My daughter's been waking me up @ night and we've had some storms that have woken me up and I swear I feel like I haven't slept well in 2 weeks. And my weight loss has stalled too. There are some dietary improvements I could be making but I wonder if the sleeplessness isn't…

Thanks everyone! This has been most inspiring. I've got a bunch of new recipes now to try that are more vegetable based :-) I still welcome more advice though :-)
-
Thanks! that's a good call. Esp on the veggie burgers. I'm not totally mental about hamburgers anyway so it might be good to try switching it up!

Nope, everything you see in terms of lunches/dinner is homemade. We never by pre-packaged anything
-
No that's great - I need the nit picking. We've had a couple pasta-heavy weeks. I have been trying to avoid it. I'll give the "chef" a little talk (i.e. my husband :-)). Thanks!!
-
We never eat pre-packaged foods. Honestly I think a lot of the sodium comes from the odd sauce. I find it in two recipes we make: homemade pizza (obviously, cheese etc) and this vegetable pad thai - I think it's the sauce that goes into it. Do you know how I can change the sodium goal? I def need to watch that sucker.…

What kinds of processed foods do you mean? We never eat anything store-bought... all the meals are all homemade. Do you mean things like granola bars or the hamburgers? Also - yes. I probably should be eating fewer carbs. How do I go about lowering that goal? I looked in the diary settings but didn't see anything... Thanks…

Thanks! Yes.. I def need more fiber. I was wondering if I should take some sort of fiber supplement? Also - I have committed myself to doing the 90 days of P90. When that's over I'll switch it up, but I wondered if that was one of the issues too. I just increased the difficulty though recently. i went from 1/2 to 3/4.

I really liked p90... NOT P90X. It starts out totally doable. He lets you go at your own pace. the second level is TOUGH but you're kind of prepared for it by the time it comes
-
Maybe you just need to sit down and discuss it? I'm not a romantic really... I never expected my husband to propose to me. We discussed it, agreed it was what we both wanted, and went and got a ring together. Maybe he's just feeling intimidated about having so much on his shoulders?

I got about 3 hours of sleep on Saturday night - sick toddler Sunday we went on a couple bike rides and I did p90 sweat. I found that pushing myself made me more alert during the day. I was exhausted by 9pm but I just went to bed a little early.

huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge difference. awesome job. keep up the good work!

We are almost the same height/weight. I could easily stand to lose another 20+ lbs and look good I think. Don't' worry about what other people think. If you have a healthy relationship with food and feel good/want to lose more, go for it.
-
I don't understand why anyone would care what other people do or don't log as exercise. I personally don't log anything other than intentional exercise, but I don't care if someone logs carrying their baby around the house, or mowing the lawn. If they shouldn't be logging it, they won't lose weight but that's no skin off…
-
Well you look more toned to me, and I don't think it's my imagination. You're pretty tiny and pretty fit so it doesn't surprise me you're not seeing a LOT of change. The more I lose the less I notice a marked difference in pics.
-
I went through your diary... for the last week or so your cals are either WAAAAAAAAAAAAAY under, or you didn't log. It's possible if you're eating so little your body could be holding on to what it's got... not sure though
-
I def find that if I can drum up the energy I always always feel better afterward. I think keeping up the exercise helps your body recover.
-
Yep - I have/had about 35 lbs (or more) to lose. I think that = about 17kg. You can do it!
-
Yep, that's me! I just want to feel good and gain some confidence. Good luck! You can do it :)
-
yep. this is why i had a fat-attack :-) My general feeling is if I eat it all right now then I won't be tempted to eat it. But a change in mindset has lead me to lose 18lbs and I still have easter chocolate left over! Normally it's gone within a week... It's been about 2 months now!
