I wish this worked for me. We never eat processed foods and I'm always above 1000

This kills me. The only thing that really sends me over is our homemade pizza, but I'm always up there. We never ever eat out, don't cook with salt, and don't use that many sauces etc. It blows my mind how much sodium people who eat packaged foods and fast food all the time must be consuming!!

1. How old are you? 28 2. What is your body shape? -Pear: You put on weight in your hips, thighs, and butt 3. Has diet or exercise made more of a difference in your weight loss? What else has worked? Cutting back carbs, cutting back calories, PORTION CONTROL, and exercise.

this is amazing - congrats on all your hard work!!

Holy crap, you look amazing. Great job :-)

Thanks! I'm so afraid - I don't know why. I switch from p90 1/2 to 3/4 next week and I'm all worried about it. I keep focusing on what I can't do (ab ripper 200 mostly)... I need to not think about it I guess

I don't drink at all during the week (other than the very rare, odd occasion) and if I have enough cals i'll have one beer on the weekend. And I loooooooooooooooooooooooooove my beer. I've sort of gotten used to not drinking though now, and I was up to having 1 or 2 beers every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday…

I hate my nose too. It's broad and bumpy. I wear glasses so that helps - but if you don't need glasses you could try a bit of contouring with makeup. Check youtube and see if you can find any tips or tricks.

OMG I can't even imagine being a single digit size!!! I've never bought pants less than a 10. I don't even feel like it's possible :s

Hey! Feel free to add me if you like My daughter is now 16 months old and I'm almost down to my pre-baby weight, although I still have about 15 lbs to lose from there as I was overweight when I got pregnant :) Good luck! It's hard to put yourself first as a mom but we can do it!

It's not so much a fear of getting too muscular for me... I am really scared to do that Plyo stuff. My knees pop and snap and hurt enough as it is just doing P90 sometimes. I just don't feel like I have enough control or strength to do all that leaping around.
-
Ooh, OK. So if you order P90X, you just use a different schedule? I get it....
-
I prefer working out on my own. I find it annoying having to rely on someone else... or wait for them, or whatever. Try to find something that motivates you from within too. For me it's having the P90 schedule. I've made a commitment that I'm going to complete every one of the 90 days. I put up the calendar and I cross…

*so i can find this later*

Try P90 if you're not ready for P90x! My plan is to work from P90, then go to P90 Masters Series and then try P90X......maybe.... all that "plyo" stuff looks like it'd be super hard on the knees. You sound like me - except I only have one baby @ 28 :-) Office job... Sick of being flabby. You can do it! BTW - feel free to…

1. How much did you lose? big fat NOTHING 2. Where u under your net WEEKLY calorie allowance? Yep. Every day. 3. Did u exercise? 6 days out of 7 4. Did u eat your exercise calories? Yes - up to within about 100 calories.
-
Thanks - that's a good point. I wonder if my body just slips into routine too quickly or something. I guess we'll see. I am getting some heavier weights for P90 today - and then when I switch to 3/4 in 2 weeks maybe that'll help too
-
Thanks guys!! Yeah, I'm pretty honest. Sometimes I worry the database underestimates but on those days I leave a little bit extra (maybe 100 cals) just in case. Usually I input recipes we make @ home and overestimate my serving size to make sure. I am hoping p90 3/4 will shake things up. Ug. This is why I don't like…

happens to me all the time.

Not small! I did something similar today :-) Congrats. It's always a big deal to use your willpower!

Woo! Congrats :-) that's a big victory in my book

Thanks for the encouragement everyone :-)

Hahaha :-) thanks for the encouragement. I find it really really hard to resist delicious food.

I love when people say that. Not over-indulging does not = deprivation. :s AT least not to me (and you evidently :-)) Thanks :-)
