Don't focus on the weight/number. Period.

Losing the weight without working out won't tone the muscles under the "jiggle". You will have success with removing the "jiggle" doing work outs and toning the muscles. Without a doubt, you will need to work out to achieve that goal.

I either eat: Chibani plain yogurt with truvia added - 1 cup (add a snack around 10am) or 3 egg white omelet with a small amt of shredded cheese (salt and pepper to taste) turkey bacon jenni-o 3 strips

I eat 4-5 times per day and items high in protein. A lot of light mayo mixed with tuna or canned chicken breast for lunch. High protein yogurt for breakfast and/or snacks. I also splurge with sweet potato steak fries and black bean burgers without the bun! Beef jerky is also great for a snack!

I think you are being too sensitive. She tried to get you something nice as a thank you during the holiday season. There are healthy choices at California Pizza Kitchen....make a good choice, say "thank you" for the gift, and don't read too much into it.

On your ticker, you do not have to show your weight, you can just put the amount of weight you want to lose. So it will only show the pounds lost. Good Luck! PS: I added you as a friend.
