I ran 10 K last night, and did circuit training (cardio & weights) during lunch time both yesterday and today. We have someone who comes into the office to teach classes.

I have a Garmin Forerunner 305. I got it for $180.00 at the Running Room (here in Canada). I absolutely love it. A little bulky on my wrist, but I don't mind it. I haven't even explored any of the trainer features on it yet.

My biggest goal is to tone up and get in better shape as well. I'm currently training for my first half marathon. Friend me if you like!

I just started running last year, and absolutely hated it at first. Started training for my first half marathon (it's in two weeks) and now I love going out for my runs. I'm terrified of running my first race, but excited at the same time. My goal is just to finish.
