It's hard to find time but it's a must. Try working out at lunch, or waking up an hour early, or work out after the kids are asleep. With Diet Yes. I am proof. I am down 54 pounds since April. Since i started, I have biked, Ran (90% running), walking and swim 75 times, for a total of 216 miles and burned 28,863 Calories.

I eat a lot of food, i eat a lot low calorie food or no calorie food as i know that for me that is the best way for me not to feel hungry and why i have been successful in my journey.
