I would go to goodwill for Blue Jeans Casual stuff, for my dress clothes, (I would go to TJ Max or Mervin's to buy stuff as cheap as possible.) Buy two pair of dress pants, 5 shirts, till i went ot the next size. (I went from a 40 Size to 34, i could fit into 32 but it would tighter then i like)

I would pay extra to do a mud run or a fun outside race. I rather they just offer a tshirt free option. (I'll still pay don't get me wrong lol)

First goal should be not to walk, then go to beat your best time in the race I always try to beat my personal bests, and have a overall goal of 8 minute mile average for a race. Amazing time! Great job! running is the best, like you, i couldn't run a block when i started in MFP, Now 7 months later, i hit my goal weight, (59 pounds down) and i run now. I have my 2nd 10k next weekend, (I want to beat my personal best of 57:21) and i am soooo excited to be healthy! keep up the good work!

I love it because my kids can take part with me. I normally use it as a warm up before i do a outside run, or a elliptical work out.

totally did goodwill with my jeans and stuff, workout cloths, i did old navy for alot of my stuff or costco. I also keep an eye on bradsdeals (google it) for killer deals. (Got a new underarmor coat for $29 not to long ago.)

I love running outside in the colder weather. It's by far the most rewarding for me personally. I love doing races to. Thing about running is i can only do it like one time a week, otherwise my knees get overly sore.

I dont cheat, but plan my harder workouts when i now i have stuff going on, (Drinking beer, eatting out) to try to offset the day i dont stay on track. Just cause i am healthy doesnt mean i cant enjoy the finer things. (just not every day like i use to)

Also, i still eat fast food, i still have pizza, but i watch what i eat now. I don't get that second .99 hamburger with my Spicy Chicken Sandwich or that shake like i use to. You can still eat stuff, but in moderation.
